Now that i am one year old (wow!) it was time to look the part of a big boy.
This is Miss Vickie discussing her artistic vision with me and mommy.
Here she begins, note the calming but forceful hand on my head... I'm looking pretty good...shouldn't we be done now? OK, this has really gone on long enough! Darn right I deserve a lolli. All in all, I was a very good boy. And it was a learning experience because as you can tell, I learned that I really like lollipops!
For some reason, mommy thinks I'm a little bit spoiled. I can't imagine where she gets that idea.
This is my bounce and spin zebra!
Here I am opening my pretty picture frame... Some crazy board books that play peek-a-boo with me... Puppets and a pounding toy. By the way, have you seen my new band equipment... My cool new swing n' score... Ryan playing with the drum... Pretty bows on my new cords...
And finally, an empty table.
Of course, I have to admit that by the end...I was ready for a break!
Mommy made me an elephant cake and grandma made lion cupcakes! This is my friend Javari trying out my slide. Yes, he is a little big for it, but look how happy it made him! Daddy and I shared some cake--the blue frosting was the best part. These are my new big-boy shoes. Thanks grandma and grandpa! And here you can see the bubble fun we had.
The big kids played Duluth Horseshoes And Christopher played with the 100 balls. Ryan helped me enjoy some of my toys to their full potential.
